After graduating from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi; Asia's premier institute of fashion education, from the Textile Design and Development Course in 1996, she has been working in the Export Industry for more than a decade , specialising in home furnishings design.Her designs have procured orders from stores like Pier1, Bed,Bath & Beyond to high end stores like Joseph Abboud Home.
She now combines designing for production on a freelance /part time basis alongside her own studio work.
